Frequently Asked Questions


Thank you for your interest in the Mississippi River Hills Wine Trail. Below are common question we often hear from those who are new to our events. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any questions that are not found here.

Q. Is transportation provided?

     A. No, guests provide their own transportation.  You are therefore able to move at your own pace and visit the wineries in any order that you wish.

Q. Are motor coach buses, limos, & shuttles welcome?

     A. Yes,  groups are welcome! We ask that if you have 15 or more in your group that you call ahead.

Q. Are tickets available the day of the event?

     A. Yes, however, in order to allow the wineries to prepare accordingly, only a limited number of tickets are available on event day.

Q. Is there any specific order that the wineries should be visited?

     A. No, guests are able to visit the wineries in any order.

Q. Can the visits be split up over two days or visited all in one day?

     A. Our wineries are conveniently placed allowing our visitors to travel and see all 2 wineries in one day.  This year's events will take place on one day rather than two.

Q. Where are overnight accommodations?

     A. There are several wonderful options located near the Wine Trail. For more information please refer to "The Area" tab. 

Q. What if the weather does not cooperate?

     A. If the event needs to be cancelled due to weather, we will post a message on our Facebook page and send an email to the account we have on file.  All ticket holders will be given a ticket for a future event.
